Intuitive Dialogue
PRIMARY MOTIVATION
Aspire for the ability
to be sensitive to another person feelings,
and be motivated to become aware and
reflect on how you feel.
THE PROCESS
STEP 1:
REFLECTIVE ISSUE DIALOGUE
Sit in a chair (X)
Make statements regarding the issue
you have with another person (B).
Move to another chair(Y) = Become (B)
Response to your statements from (B)’s perspective.
Move back to chair (X)
Reflect on (B)’s response
from your perspective.
Continue dialoguing
while moving between Chairs (X) & (Y)
As you move between the chairs
become aware of your emotions and feelings
and empathize how (B) could have felt
related to the issue and the dialogue.

OVERVIEW
OBJECTIVE
To be heard
and understood
PRIMARY ASSUMPTION
There must be a willingness
to listen, hear, and achieve
communication clarity
THE PROCESS
STEP 1:
STATING THE ISSUE
(A) Has an issue and (B) is open to
hearing (A)’s information,
regarding the issue
(A) make statements regarding the issue
(B) Repeats (A)’s statement;
and then says to (A),
is this what you said.
(A) clarifies (B)’s response,
until (A) feel (B) understands;
what was said.
STEP 2:
COMPLETING THE
ISSUE STATEMENT
(B) asked (A), is there more
(A) and (B) continue, Step 1 process; until
(A) feels the issue has been expressed.
STEP 3:
RECAP
(B) Summarizes the issue, until
(A) feels that (B) has a accurate
understanding of the issue.

flexible, focused, hear and listen.

Both participants bring to
the dialogue a willingness for:
honesty, compassion, letting go,
forgiveness, and making amends.
THE PROCESS
FIRST PHASE:
SITUATION STATEMENT
(A) Feels hurt, because of something (B) did

SECOND PHASE:

(A) Recaps the issues, until (B) understands
how (A)’s experienced the situation
