Visualize how the Body Organ functions
(research may be necessary)
Visualize how the Body Organ is functioning now

Visualize old or diseased cells being released with
the breath, and gentle removed by the blood stream
and the body elimination process.

Visualize stem cells generating new, healthy,
vibrant body organ cells.


Once the Imagery Process is Completed
Relax
Go into no think state (Be)
Reflect on the experience
Allow time for Internal Dialogue
